What is Qwait?
Qwait is a paperless queue and ticket system that works in the phone's browser. People join your queue or book a ticket by scanning a QR code, then see their turn live on their phone. No app to install.

Qwait replaces token slips, paper registers and crowded waiting rooms. You create a queue or an event on your phone. You put up its QR code, and people join from their own phone. They don't need an app or an account.
Two products, one account
| Qwait Queue | Qwait Events | |
|---|---|---|
| For | Clinics, banks, offices, Akshaya centres, salons, service counters | Fests, exhibitions, conferences, camps, rides and shows |
| People get | A token number, their place in line and an expected time | A QR ticket, for one day, a session or a time slot |
| You use | The live list: call the next person and mark them served | Ticket sales, coupon codes and gate scanning on volunteers' phones |
You can run both from the same account. Credits work for both.
Which one do I need?
- People wait to be served, one after another? Create a queue. See Create a queue.
- People book ahead and show a ticket at the entrance? Create an event. See Create an event and sell tickets.
- Both? An event can have its own queues, for example a counter for kit collection.
What people joining see
- They scan your QR code with their phone camera, or open your link.
- They type their name (and mobile number, if you ask for it), then slide to book.
- Their phone shows their token, how many are ahead and the expected time. It updates by itself.
They can save the token on WhatsApp and come back when it's nearly their turn. See Join a queue or book a token.
What it costs
Every new account gets 100 free credits, and one person uses one credit. That makes your first 100 people free, with every feature. After that you buy prepaid credit packs, from ₹3.50 down to ₹2.00 a person. See How credits work.
