For banks, government offices & Akshaya centres
Paperless tokens for every counter.
No more token machines, paper slips or crowded halls. People scan a QR code at the entrance, pick their service, and get a token on their phone. They see their number and expected time live, and come back just in time.
Sound familiar?
- Paper token slips, printed registers and a token machine that keeps breaking
- Crowded halls and people asking "which number is going on?"
- Elderly visitors standing for hours with no idea when their turn will come
How it works
- A queue for each counter — Cash, loans, certificates, Aadhaar, bill payment — each service gets its own queue and QR code.
- Put up the QR posters — Print the ready-made posters for the entrance and counters. Staff can also add walk-ins without phones.
- Call the next number — One tap at the counter. The TV display and everyone's phone update instantly.
What you get
- Completely paperless — No token slips, no ink or paper rolls, no printed lists. Tokens live on phones and the display.
- Visitors without smartphones — Staff add them in seconds; their token number shows on the TV display like everyone else's.
- Live token display — Show "Now serving #24" for every counter on a TV in the hall.
- Book a slot for another day — Set working days and hours so people can book a token in advance and avoid peak rush.
- Expected time on every phone — People wait outside, run errands, and come back when their turn is near.
- Clear history — See how many people each counter served each day, and how long a visit takes on average.
Questions
Do we need a token machine or printer?
No. Qwait is paperless: people get their token on their phone by scanning a QR code, and the number shows on any TV or screen.
What about people without a smartphone?
Staff add them from the counter with just a name. Their token appears on the display screen, so they can follow along like everyone else.
Can we run separate queues for different services?
Yes. Create a queue for each counter or service, each with its own QR code, display and link.
Does it work for Akshaya centres and small offices?
Yes. You can start free with one queue and upgrade when you need more counters or more people per day.
Is any software installation needed?
No. Everything runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, computer or smart TV.
