For game arenas, sports zones & activity centers

Every game. Every team. One board.

Multiple activities running in parallel, each with its own queue and timer. Kids wait for VR, bowling and arcade — you see it all on one screen.

Sound familiar?

  • Paper tokens for every game, kids losing them, parents asking "when is our turn?"
  • One activity hogging all the time while others sit empty
  • No way to know which zones are busy and where you need more staff

How it works

  1. Create a queue for each activity — VR zone, trampoline, bowling, batting cage — each one gets its own queue, QR code and display board.
  2. Let people join — Scan a QR poster at each activity or join from the front desk. Every phone shows their queue position and estimated wait.
  3. Call the next player — One tap marks a player active. The timer starts; the board updates. When time is up, call the next one.

What you get

  • Multiple parallel queues — Run 5, 10, or 20 activities at once. Each has its own queue, counter and real-time display.
  • Activity duration and timers — Set how long each game usually takes. Players see estimated wait; you see when the next slot opens.
  • Unified arena board — One big display shows all activities, who's playing now, who's next, and how many are waiting.
  • QR join at each zone — Put a poster at every activity. Kids scan, get a token, and watch the queue on their phone.
  • Desk-assisted join — For younger kids or groups, staff adds them from the front desk in seconds.
  • Usage analytics — See which zones are popular, average wait time, turnover rate, and peak hours for each activity.

Questions

Can we run multiple activities at the same time?

Yes. Each activity (VR, trampoline, arcade, etc.) gets its own queue. All of them update live on one master display board.

How do players know when their turn comes?

Their phone shows queue position and estimated time. The big display board also shows "Now playing" and "Next up" for each zone.

What if a game runs longer than expected?

You can manually extend time or mark them done early. Wait estimates adjust automatically for everyone else.

Do we need separate devices for each activity?

No. All activities are managed from one admin panel. You can have one staff terminal or let zone supervisors manage their own queue on a phone.

Can parents book a time slot in advance?

Yes. Enable advance booking for your arena, and people can reserve a slot for a specific activity at a specific time.
