Chaos to Calm.
A QR queue system that turns counter crowds into calm queues
Qwait Queue is an online token and queue management system: people join your queue by scanning a QR code or opening a short link, and watch their place and expected time live on their phone. It works for clinics, hospitals, banks, offices, shops, salons and government counters, with no app and no account for the people joining.

Sound familiar?
The same question all day
Every few minutes someone leans over your counter to ask, "How long more?"
A crowd at the door, every morning
Everyone arrives at opening time because nobody knows when their turn will really come.
Paper slips, a register and phone bookings that never match
The token book says one thing, the phone list says another, and the person in front of you says a third.
People who leave before their turn
They wait an hour, give up, and you lose them without knowing.
Fights over who came first
Someone steps out for five minutes, comes back, and the line argues about their place.
No idea how your day actually went
At closing time you can't say how many people you served or how long each one took.
How it works
Create your queue
Give it a name, set your hours and how long each person usually takes, and you get a QR code and a short link like qwait.in/yourname.
Put up the QR
Print the ready-made poster for your counter, or share the link on WhatsApp, so people can join from anywhere.
Tap Call
One tap calls the next person, and every phone and your TV display update straight away.
Why Qwait
No app, no sign-up for the people joining.
They scan your QR code or open your link, type a name, and they're in.
An expected time people can trust.
It is worked out from how fast your queue is actually moving today, blended with the time you planned per person.
Book today or a later date.
People pick a day and get a token, or a time slot if you turn slots on, and the earliest free slot is chosen for them.
A fair rule for people who don't turn up.
When you tap "Not here", your queue's no-show rule moves them back or marks them missed, and "Bring back" puts them next in line when they return.
"It's your turn" on WhatsApp.
When you call someone, they get a WhatsApp message, and time-slot bookings get one "running late" alert if their time slips.
Your number on any TV.
Open the display link on a smart TV, tablet or computer and it shows who is being served, updating on its own.
Room for people without smartphones.
Your team adds walk-ins and phone bookings at the counter in seconds, and their number shows on the display like everyone else's.
Run it with your team.
Share the queue with a co-owner who can run it, or a viewer who can only watch, each on their own phone.

Questions people ask
What is a QR queue management system?
A QR queue management system lets people join a queue by scanning a QR code instead of standing in line. With Qwait, they scan your poster or open your link, get a token on their phone, and see their place and expected time update live, while you call the next person with one tap.
Do customers need to install an app to join the queue?
No. Qwait works in any phone browser. People scan your QR code with their camera or open your short link, type their name, and get a token straight away. There is nothing to download and no account to create, which helps older visitors and first-time customers join without help.
How do people know when it's their turn?
Their phone shows their place in the queue and an expected time, which updates as you serve people. When you tap Call, the page shows it's their turn, and if your WhatsApp messages are set up, they also get an "It's your turn" message on WhatsApp, so they can wait outside.
Can people book a token or time slot in advance?
Yes. Set your working days and hours, and people can book a token for today or a later date. You can also turn on time slots, for example every 15 minutes, with one person per slot by default. Qwait picks the earliest free slot automatically, and you can change the slot size.
What happens if someone doesn't turn up when called?
You tap "Not here" after the grace time, and your queue's no-show rule takes over. You choose the rule: move them to the end, move them a few places or slots later, or mark them missed, with a limit on moves. If they come back, "Bring back" puts them next in line.
Can I show the token number on a TV?
Yes. Every queue has a display link you can open on a smart TV, tablet or computer. It shows who is being served and updates by itself whenever you call the next person. You don't need any special hardware, just a screen with a browser, placed where your waiting people can see it.
Is Qwait free?
Yes, to start: every new account gets 100 free credits, so your first 100 people are free, with every feature and no card needed. After that you pay per person, with prepaid credit packs from ₹3.50 down to ₹2.00 a person. Queues, counters, team members and display screens are unlimited.
What happens when my credits run low?
You get low-balance alerts, so you can top up before you run out. Credit packs are prepaid and valid for 12 months, there is no auto-debit, and new credits add on top of what you have. You pay by UPI, card or netbanking.
Can my team run the queue from their own phones?
Yes. Share the queue with your team from the queue's settings. A co-owner can call people, add walk-ins and run the counter from their own phone, and a viewer can follow the queue without changing anything. Everything runs in the browser, so your team needs no special device or software.
Does it work for clinics, banks and shops?
Yes. Qwait is built for any counter where people wait: clinics and hospital OPDs, banks, government offices, Akshaya centres, salons, shops and service centres. Create one queue per doctor, counter or service, and each gets its own QR code, short link and TV display, all managed from one account.
What about people who don't have a smartphone?
Your team adds them at the counter in a few seconds, with just a name. They get a token number like everyone else, and it shows on your TV display, so they can follow the queue from the waiting area. Phone bookings can be added the same way, so the whole day stays in one queue.
Who can see the phone numbers people enter?
Only you and the team you share the queue with. Other people in the queue see their own token and place, not anyone else's number. You choose whether a phone number is optional or required, and it is used to reach that person about their turn.
