Simple, fair pricing
Start free with one queue. Monthly plans for clinics and businesses start at ₹599 a month (Starter), with Pro and Business plans for more queues, more people per queue and staff logins. Yearly plans save about 17%. Plans are prepaid and never auto-debit; pay by UPI, card or netbanking.
Running a one-off event? Pay once per event: Mini (100 people) ₹199, Small (500 people) ₹999, Medium (2,000 people) ₹3,999, Large (10,000 people) ₹23,999, or build your own size at about ₹2 per person. Every event includes tickets, coupon codes, QR gate scanning, checkpoints and live counter queues.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start free and upgrade only when you need more queues or more people per queue.
How does paying work?
Plans are prepaid for a month or a year. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. No auto-debit.
What if my plan runs out?
Everything keeps working for 7 more days so you have time to renew. Nothing running is ever cut off.
Do people joining need an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open your link and join with just a name.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. A new plan starts straight away, and renewing early adds the time on top.
Do I need a monthly plan to run an event?
No. An event is paid once and stands on its own. If you also have a plan, it stays exactly as it is.
What counts as a person?
Everyone who gets a token in any of the event's queues, across all its days.
When can people join?
On the event's dates. You can set everything up and add people yourself before it starts.
Can I change the dates?
Yes, until the event starts, as long as the new dates fit the number of days you bought.
Who receives the ticket money?
You do. Buyers pay straight into your Razorpay account or your UPI. Qwait never holds your money.
