Is Qwait free for clinics?

Yes, you can start free with one queue. Paid plans add more patients per day and more queues, from ₹599 a month.

Do patients need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera or open your link, enter their name, and get a token.

Can patients book for another day?

Yes. Set your OPD days and hours, and choose how many days ahead patients can book. Each day's tokens start again from 1.

Can I show the token number on a TV?

Yes. Open the display link on any smart TV, tablet or computer. It updates by itself as you call patients.

Does it work for a hospital with many doctors?

Yes. Create a queue for each doctor or department; each gets its own QR code, display and link.
