For hotels, resorts & restaurants

No crowded lobby. No "how much longer?"

Guests scan a QR or tell reception their number. They wait by the pool, in the lounge, anywhere. You call them when ready; their phone pings.

Sound familiar?

  • Guests crowding the lobby or restaurant entrance asking "are we next?"
  • Hostess calling out names in a noisy room; half the people don't hear
  • Walk-ins and reservations getting mixed up, tables given to the wrong party

How it works

  1. Create a queue for each service — Restaurant seating, spa appointments, check-in desk, concierge — each one gets its own digital queue.
  2. Guests join the waitlist — Scan a QR poster at the entrance, or reception adds them with a phone number. They get a token and estimated wait time.
  3. Notify when ready — Tap Next Guest. Their phone pings with "Your table is ready" or "Please come to the spa." No shouting names across the lobby.

What you get

  • QR join for walk-ins — Put a QR poster at the entrance. Guests scan, enter name and party size, get a digital token instantly.
  • Party size and special requests — Note table size, wheelchair access, window seat — staff see it before calling the guest.
  • Estimated wait time — Calculated from average service time. Guests see "around 20 minutes" and decide to wait or come back.
  • SMS or in-app notification — When their turn comes, guests get a notification on their phone. No need to stand near the desk.
  • Works for spa, check-in, concierge — Not just restaurants. Any hotel service with a queue or appointment slot can use it.
  • Reservations + walk-ins in one list — Pre-booked guests and walk-ins appear in the same queue, each marked with their arrival time.

Questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan a QR code or click a link, enter their name, and get a token in the browser. No download needed.

How do we notify guests when ready?

The system sends an in-app notification (if their browser is open) or an SMS. You can also display "Now serving Token #12" on a lobby screen.

Can we use it for restaurant reservations?

Yes. Guests book a time slot online. On arrival, they check in with their token; you call them when the table is ready.

What if a guest leaves and misses their turn?

They stay in the queue until you mark them "no show." If they come back, you can manually call them or put them back in line.

Does it work for high-end fine dining or luxury hotels?

Yes. The interface is clean and professional. Customizable with your hotel or restaurant branding and colors.
