For valet parking at hotels, restaurants & hospitals

Keys in. Car found. Brought to the porch.

Guest hands over keys with a tag number. You snap a photo, park it, and bring it back when they call — no confusion, no wrong car.

Sound familiar?

  • Key tags and paper logs that don't match; wrong cars brought to the wrong guests
  • Guests waiting 10 minutes at checkout because the valet forgot where the car is parked
  • No record of which valet parked which car or when it was returned

How it works

  1. Guest hands over keys — Valet takes a key with a numbered tag, snaps a photo of the car and plate, notes make/model and parking bay.
  2. Car is parked securely — The vehicle record shows who parked it, when, and where. The key stays at the desk with the tag number.
  3. Guest requests car — Receptionist or guest provides the key tag number. Valet sees the photo and spot, fetches the car, marks it returned.

What you get

  • Key tag tracking — Each key has a unique number. Log it with the car photo and plate. No more mismatched keys.
  • Car photo and details — Capture make, model, color, and plate number at handover. Valet knows exactly which car to bring.
  • Parking bay assignment — Note where the car is parked (Bay A5, Level 2, etc.). Speeds up retrieval and reduces errors.
  • Request and retrieval log — Track when a car was requested, who fetched it, and how long it took from call to delivery.
  • Staff accountability — See which valet parked and retrieved each car. Useful for training and incident tracking.
  • Works on any phone — No special hardware. Valets use their phone camera and a simple key tag system.

Questions

How do key tags work?

Use numbered key tags (like hotel room key tags). When a guest hands over keys, log the tag number in the app along with the car photo and spot.

What if the guest loses the tag?

Search by car make, plate number, or guest name. The system pulls up the entry with photo and parking bay.

Can guests request their car from their room?

Yes. Share a simple form or WhatsApp number where guests send their key tag number. Reception forwards it to the valet team.

Do we need to print anything?

Only the key tags (or reuse existing ones). Everything else is digital: photos, logs, retrieval requests.

What about luxury hotels with hundreds of cars?

The system handles high volume. Filter by date, valet name, or parking zone to find any car instantly.
