Do drivers need an app?
No. This is a staff-side tool. Your guards log entry and exit on their phone or tablet. Drivers don't install anything.
What if a driver loses track of where they parked?
When they give their plate number at exit or helpdesk, you pull up the entry record showing the parking spot and photo.
Can we set different rates for bikes, cars, and buses?
Yes. Create different vehicle categories with separate hourly or flat rates.
What happens if there's no internet at the gate?
The app works offline. Entry logs are saved locally and sync when connection returns. You won't lose any data.
Can we use it for event parking with hundreds of cars?
Yes. The search is instant even with thousands of records. Filter by entry date, vehicle type, or spot to narrow it down.
