How credits work
One person in a queue or one event ticket uses one credit. Your first 100 are free. After that you buy prepaid packs, from ₹3.50 down to ₹2.00 a person, valid 12 months, with no auto-debit.

Qwait doesn't have monthly plans. You pay for the people you serve.
What uses a credit
Each person you add uses one credit. That covers every token, walk-in, free ticket, coupon ticket and cash ticket. It still counts if they later miss their turn or leave.
If you switch on WhatsApp messages for a queue, each message sent uses 1 credit.
These are free and unlimited:
- queues and events
- counters and team members
- display screens
- QR posters
Credit packs
| Pack | People | Price | Per person |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | 200 | ₹699 | ₹3.50 |
| Starter | 500 | ₹1,499 | ₹3.00 |
| Standard | 2,000 | ₹4,999 | ₹2.50 |
Bigger packs cost less per person. Need more? Type any number of credits under Buy any amount on Billing: the price per person keeps dropping, down to ₹2.00 for large amounts. Credits are a one-time payment by UPI, card or netbanking. There's no auto-debit, and credits stay valid for 12 months.
Buying credits
- Open the menu and tap Billing. When you're running low, a Buy credits link also shows on the dashboard.
- Pick a pack, or type the number of credits you want under Buy any amount, and pay.
- The new credits add to what you have. Older credits are used first.
Every payment is listed under Payment history on the same screen.
Event tickets
Qwait takes no commission on your ticket price. Each ticket uses one credit, whatever it costs and however the buyer pays. The ticket money goes straight to you. See Get paid for tickets.
Questions
What happens when I run out?
You get low-balance alerts before you run out, so you can top up in time. At zero, nobody new can join your queues or get tickets until you buy more. People already waiting aren't affected. New credits add on top of what's left.
Do people joining pay anything?
No. Joining a queue is free for them. For events, buyers pay you the ticket price.
