Fix: I paid, but it isn't confirmed
Payments complete even if the payment window closed or you switched to your UPI app, because the payment gateway tells Qwait directly. Wait a few minutes and reopen the page. Still not there? Raise a request under Payment or billing and pick the payment.

What you see
- You bought credits, and money left your account, but your balance hasn't changed.
- You booked a ticket and paid, but the booking still says Payment not finished or Being checked.
Most likely: the payment didn't come back to Qwait
This happens when the payment window closed, the phone switched to the UPI app and back, or the network dropped. The payment often went through anyway. Qwait checks with the payment gateway when the window closes, and the gateway also tells Qwait directly once the money arrives:
- Wait two or three minutes. UPI payments can take a moment to settle.
- Open the page again: Billing for credits, or your booking link for tickets.
- If the payment went through, it's applied now. You'll see your new credits, or your tickets.
Check Billing → Payment history too. Each payment shows Paid or Failed.
For tickets paid by UPI or payment link
Those payments go straight to the organiser, and they confirm them by hand. Being checked means they haven't yet. Your tickets turn valid on the page by themselves once they do. If it takes long, contact the organiser with your booking number.
Still not confirmed?
- Open Help and tap New request.
- Choose Payment or billing and pick the payment from the list.
- Add the UPI transaction ID (UTR) or the bank reference, if you have it.
We'll check it with the payment gateway and reply within one working day. If the money left your account but the payment failed, the bank or gateway refunds it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
