Each booking has its own page with your QR tickets. Keep its link, and you can open your tickets any time.
Where to find it
- WhatsApp: after booking, tap Save to WhatsApp to send the link to yourself. The organiser may also send your tickets on WhatsApp.
- My Turns: if you were signed in when you booked, open My Turns and tap Event tickets.
- Lost the link? Ask the organiser. They can find your booking by your name or number and send your tickets again on WhatsApp.
At the entrance
Open your booking and show the QR code. Turn the screen brightness up. With more than one ticket, show each QR code, or forward a ticket's link to the person using it.
You can also tap the button to download your tickets as a PDF to print.
What the booking page says
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| You're in! | Your tickets are valid. Show them at the entrance. |
| Being checked | The organiser is confirming your payment. Your tickets turn valid on this page by themselves. |
| Pay ₹… by UPI or …at the counter | Payment isn't finished yet. Your tickets are held for 30 minutes. |
| This booking expired | It wasn't paid within 30 minutes. Book again. |
| Not confirmed or Cancelled | The organiser couldn't confirm it, or cancelled it. Contact them if you paid. |
Questions
I paid but it still says "Being checked".
The organiser checks UPI and payment-link payments by hand, so it can take a while. Keep the page; it updates by itself. See Fix: I paid, but it isn't confirmed.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are up to the organiser. Contact them, with your booking number from the booking page.
