Create your account

Tap Start free, enter your name, mobile number, email and a password, then tap Create account. Your first 100 people are free, and you don't need a card.

You only need an account to run queues or events. People joining your queue don't need one.

Steps

  1. Go to qwait.in and tap Start a Que, or open the sign-up page.
  2. Enter your First name and Last name.
  3. Enter your Mobile number. You can log in with it later, as well as with your email. For a number outside India, start with + and the country code.
  4. Enter your Email and create a password. Type it again to confirm.
  5. Tap Create account.

If you see Check your email to confirm, open the email from Qwait and tap the link in it. Then sign in.

Logging in next time

On the login page, type your Mobile number or email and your password, then tap Sign in.

If you see a WhatsApp code tab, you can log in without a password:

  1. Tap WhatsApp code and enter the mobile number on your account.
  2. Open WhatsApp. Qwait sends you a 6-digit code there.
  3. Tap Copy code, paste it into Qwait and tap Log in. The code works for 10 minutes.

Questions

I forgot my password. What now?

On the login page, tap Forgot your password? and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one.

It says "Please confirm your email first".

Find the confirmation email from Qwait and tap its link; check your spam folder too. Then sign in again.

Can my staff use my login?

It's better to give each person their own login and add them to your queue or event's team. You can then see who did what, and remove them any time.
