Nothing to buy up front: each ticket uses one credit, and all the ticket money is yours.

1. Create the event

  1. On the dashboard, tap the round + button, then New event. You can also start from Events.
  2. Enter the event's Name, and a Venue if you like.
  3. Set when it Starts and Ends.
  4. For a daily show or a weekly class, set Repeats. Each day becomes its own session, and buyers pick a date.
  5. Add Opening hours if you'll sell time slots, like a boat ride every 20 minutes.
  6. Tap Create event.

New events come with a Main Entrance gate for scanning and cash at the counter. You can change all of these in the event's Settings.

2. Add what you sell

  1. Open the event, then Settings → Tickets & payments.
  2. Under Tickets, tap Add ticket.
  3. Give it a Name (General, VIP, Student…), a Price ₹ (0 for free registration), how many are Available, and the most allowed Per order.
  4. To give each ticket a time, switch on Book in time slots.
  5. Tap Save ticket. Add as many types as you need.

3. Choose how you get paid

Under Getting paid, switch on one or more ways. Cash, UPI to you, your own payment link, or online payment through your own gateway. See Get paid for tickets.

4. Open the sale

Switch on Tickets on sale, then tap Save. Until the setup is done, the event's Bookings page shows a checklist of what's left.

To share the sale, tap Show QR (or Sell in the bottom bar on a phone). You'll see the booking QR and link. Send the link, or show the QR code at the venue. People scan it with their phone camera to book tickets. No app is needed.

Coupon codes

Under Coupon codes, add codes for early-bird discounts, sponsor passes or free guest entry. For example, EARLYBIRD for 20% off, or GUEST for 100% off. Buyers type the code when they book.

Questions

Do buyers need an account?

No. They book with their name and get a QR ticket on their phone, which they can save on WhatsApp.

How do I check people in at the gate?

See Scan tickets at the gate.
