Every queue has its own QR code and link. They never change unless you change the queue's Link.
Steps
- Open Ques and tap your queue.
- Tap the QR icon at the top. On a computer, the button says QR & link.
- You'll see the QR code, the queue's name and its link. Then:
- Share: opens your phone's share menu, so you can send the link on WhatsApp, SMS or anything else.
- Print poster: makes an A4 poster and opens your printer. See Print a QR poster for your counter.
- Download: saves the poster as an image.
- To copy just the link, tap the link under the QR code.
Where to put it
- A printed poster at the entrance and the counter
- Your WhatsApp status or business profile, and Google Business listing
- Your appointment reminders and SMS
- A TV or tablet at the counter, using the display board. See Show the queue on a TV or tablet.
Questions
Do people need an app to scan it?
No. Any phone camera opens it, and so does Google Lens or the scanner in WhatsApp or Paytm. They can also type the link.
Can people join if the queue is offline?
Not until it's live, unless you ticked Let people join before the queue goes live in More options. Scheduled queues take bookings for open days at any time.
