Print a QR poster for your counter

Open the queue's QR & link screen and tap Print poster. Qwait makes an A4 poster with the queue's name, QR code and how-to steps, ready to print or to save with Download.

The poster is the easiest way to get people to join. Put one where people arrive and one at the counter.

Steps

  1. Open your queue and tap the QR icon (QR & link).
  2. Tap Print poster. It takes a moment to prepare.
  3. Your printer window opens. Choose A4, then print.

To print it somewhere else, tap Download instead. That saves the poster as an image you can send to a print shop or put into your own design.

What's on the poster

  • The queue's name
  • The QR code and the link, for people who'd rather type it
  • Scan to join the queue (or Scan to book a token for scheduled queues)
  • Your opening days and hours, for scheduled queues
  • Short how-to steps

Tips for a poster that works

  • Print it at least A5. A QR code smaller than your palm is hard to scan from a distance.
  • Put it at eye level, in good light, and away from glare.
  • Scan it yourself once it's up, from where people will stand.

  • Share your queue's QR code and link — Open the queue and tap the QR icon (QR & link) at the top. Show the QR code on screen, tap Share to send the link on WhatsApp, or tap Print poster for an A4 sign. People scan it with their phone camera to join.
  • Show the queue on a TV or tablet — Open the queue and tap Display (Display board on a computer). It opens a full-screen board showing who's being served, who's next and the wait time. Open the same link on a smart TV, tablet or a laptop plugged into a TV.
