Check your place in the queue
After you join, your phone shows your token, how many people are ahead and about when it's your turn. It updates by itself. Keep the page or its WhatsApp link to check again, and use Leave queue if you can't come.

You can wait wherever you like: outside, in your car, or at home. Watch your phone instead of the counter.
What your token page shows
- Your turn: the time it should be your turn
- People ahead: how many are in front of you
- Your token number, your name and the date
- You're at the front once you're next. When you're called, the page says it's your turn and tells you where to go.
If the queue is running late, the page says so and shows your new time.
Finding it again
- Open the link you saved on WhatsApp (Save on WhatsApp), or download your token as a PDF.
- If you were signed in when you booked, it's under My Turns too.
Leaving the queue
Can't make it? Tap Leave queue (or Cancel booking for a later date) at the bottom of your token page. That frees your place for the next person.
Questions
It says "You missed your turn".
You weren't there when you were called. Speak to the counter: they can put you back in line.
Do I need to keep the page open?
No. You can close it and open your link again any time. It always shows where the queue is now.
My time changed. Why?
Expected times follow how fast the counter is really going. They move earlier or later as people are served.
