How it works
- Create the event — Choose the size and dates and pay once. No monthly plan needed.
- Sell tickets — General, VIP, free registration and coupon codes. Buyers pay you by Razorpay or UPI and get a QR ticket.
- Scan at the gate — Volunteers open the scanner link with a PIN. Each ticket gets in once, and you see live counts.

Questions
How much does it cost to run an event?
Event plans are paid once: from ₹199 for 100 people up to ₹23,999 for 10,000, or build your own size. There is also a free-to-start option where we keep a small share of each paid ticket.
Who receives the ticket money?
You do. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account or your UPI. For free-to-start events, Razorpay sends your share to your bank automatically.
How do volunteers scan tickets?
Add a gate for each volunteer. They open the scanner link on their phone, enter the PIN, and point the camera at the ticket QR code.
Can I give free passes?
Yes. Add a free ticket type for registrations, or a 100% coupon code for guests and sponsors, with optional approval.
Can a ticket be used twice?
No. Each ticket enters once; a second scan shows when and at which gate it was used.
